DO NOT GO HERE. First of all I booked an appointment online and when I got there she didn’t know what I was talking about. Then, she told me to just do a 30 minute massage because the 1 hour would be “too expensive” THEN she made me tip before the massage and when I told her I would do 15 she said “Oh well most people do 20” Besides all of that, I don’t even know if she’s a licensed massage therapist and if she is she needs her license taken. I had my massage about 8 hours ago and my lower back is hurting SO bad that it hurts to even stand up straight and it hurts to lay down. I don’t even want to know how bad it’s going to hurt tomorrow. She was hurting me so bad while she was massaging me I almost had to get up and walk out. She does NOT know what she’s doing. And on top of all of that she massaged my feet with gloves on which I thought was pretty weird. Her phone started ringing and she stopped the massage for a minute. She was huffing and puffing the whole time. I genuinely can’t tell you how horrible of an experience this was for me and I wish there was a way for me to get my money back. I should report this business, that’s how bad it was. This is the first Google Review I’ve ever left in my life if that tells you anything.

I scheduled an appointment online for my 18-year-old son, but the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment he arrived. He was not greeted or welcomed—instead, he was immediately dismissed. When he tried to show his appointment confirmation on his phone, he was told it wasn’t from their website and was asked to leave, without anyone taking the time to verify the booking or even check his ID. When I called to clarify the situation, the staff member repeatedly spoke over me and stated they were “not comfortable” and do not work on clients under 18—despite not having confirmed his age at all. My son is 18, and this could have easily been resolved with basic communication and professionalism. The situation escalated further during the call, as the staff member was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me while I was trying to explain. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I have previous experience managing a five-star spa, and I know how important it is to treat clients with respect, communicate clearly, and handle misunderstandings professionally. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I would not recommend this spa based on this experience. Management should strongly consider additional training for front desk staff in customer service, communication, and basic professionalism.

I’m not the type to leave reviews, but I have to for this place. Honestly a terrible experience and I left so confused. My boyfriend gifted me a 90 massage which he paid for at the beginning of the appointment. The massage was supposed to be deep tissue, but it was definitely far from it. The lady left 3 times during my massage to do who knows what, and at the end she demanded a tip. I should have stuck my ground, but she basically laughed when I handed her $10 cash because that was all I had on me and she said it wasn’t enough and that it needed to be at least 10%. Last time I checked, the customer should be the one to determine how much to tip…_Again terrible experience. Will not recommend, nor will I be going back. Such an odd and rude experience.

Still just trying to figure out what the hell I just paid for. Went for a 1 hour massage, took my mom as well. Both of us left confused by the end as it felt like nothing was done. I requested deep tissue and during the massage asked for more pressure atleta 5 times, not to mention my therapist left the room 5 times and each time was yelling in Chinese to the other therapist (don’t know what they were saying but not relaxing at all). I truly left more annoyed and pissed off than relaxed or rejuvenated. Do not recommend.

I live nearby and decided to stop by one day. This brand-new spa is impeccably clean and well-organized, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. What I really appreciated was the option to have services in a private room, ensuring complete privacy and relaxation. Sophia provided me with an exceptional deep tissue massage. She was incredibly nice, skilled, and thoughtful throughout the session. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning soon!
